I take on a limited number of commissions a year but it’s important that my style is something that works for what you have in mind.  The best way to get familiar with my work is to browse my shop page, scroll through my instagram, and fill out the form on my Commissions page to set up a time to speak!  I look forward to hearing about your project!

Delivery Time Estimates
Please keep in mind that the delivery times I give you are estimates. The actual delivery time may vary, so please reach out to us before placing a time sensitive order.
Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email with a tracking number for it. At that point you will be provided an estimated delivery date. I do not have control over the speed of any delivery after it departs my location. I am unable to provide a guaranteed delivery date for any of my orders and ask that you are patient during peak periods, pandemics, or state of emergencies.

Order Processing Time
Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday.  Shipping and handling costs allow me to ensure your orders are packed with the highest quality materials to reduce damage during transit.  It also covers tracking and protection of your purchase and my goods.

Lost or Damaged Items
All shipments sent out are insured by our shipping providers. If your items arrived damaged or are lost in transit please email us photos of the damage within 3 days of receipt, and we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution.

All deliveries are sent to the address you provide to us, so please – double check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is the right one. I accept no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If there’s an issue of any kind with your order please contact me within 3 business days from receiving the order or the “order delivered” notification. Failure to do so will result in me not being able to replace or refund your order via the shipment insurance policy.

Privacy and Data Collection

Once you purchase an item, download a freebie, or sign up for my newsletter, your information will be stored and used for marketing purposes.

However, I will NEVER sell your information to a 3rd party.
